Broad Beans
This leaflet gives information on varieties of broad beans evaluated during 2010 and 2011 for processing and picking. It includes a Descriptive List of Varieties and a key to the source of varieties. Photographs of bean pod shapes and beans in situ in pods are also presented. Funding for the trials from the Horticultural Development Company (HDC) is acknowledged.
