A full range of seed tests for peas, beans and other crops is available.

Two soil tests are available, which enable predictions of the level of risk from foot rot in each individual field in advance of drilling. They provide a reasonable estimate of the degree of loss likely from this common problem and enable the grower to select those fields least likely to be affected. Representative soil samples should be taken in summer or autumn, the tests take four weeks to complete.
